Yoga
I teach primarily a dynamic form of yoga, which is a mixture of Vinyasa Flow and Yang yoga, with an emphasis on functional anatomy and breathing. I also draw on yoga philosophy in my teaching about the importance of a consistent practice, mindful presence, gratitude and contentment. In addition, I teach Yin yoga and Restorative yoga, individually, as classes or as workshops.
