Female health training

Pregnancy and birth is wonderful, but also taxing on the body. It is very common for mothers to suffer from incontinence, back pain, Diastasis Recti (separation of the superficial abdominal muscles), sexual discomfort, or a general lack of strength and control over the core muscles. Yet, there is so little talk about this, and many suffer in silence, believing there is something wrong with them. I am on a mission to change this, and can help you prevent problems and regain function of your core and pelvic floor, so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest, and be as active as you want to be. It does not matter whether you gave birth a few months or 20 years ago. It's never too late!
