Training and nutrition
As I certified personal trainer and nutrition coach I work with people of all ages and fitness levels. I provide training and nutrition plans that help them reach their next level. whether that entails a lifestyle change with more exercise and nutritious food, or improved athletic performance. I am a strong believer in simplicity. Training plans need to be adapted to the client's real life, here and now, in order to work. And a healthy diet does not need to be expensive or complicated. Real, simple food is sufficient.
Personal training

Functional training
Training focused on improving your body's function for everyday activities, hobbies or competitive sports.
Nutrition coaching
Indivdualised nutrion plans, advise and support, for health; weight gain; weight loss; or athletic performance.
