Mobility
Good mobility is the foundation of a well-functioning body. It combines strength, flexibility and motor control, and is equally important for athletic performance as for a pain-free everyday life. I educate athletes and trainers in mobility training, and help private clients develop their mobility according to their individual needs and circumstances, through training and bodywork treatments, at Vollaklinikken or in your own home.
