Massage and bodywork
I offer massage and bodywork as stand-alone treatments or as a component of comprehensive mobility plans. At Vollaklinikken or in the comfort and privacy of your own home, I provide three different types of treatments, which are all adapted to individual needs and circumstances.
Massage
Classical Swedish massage.

Stimulation of the lymphatic system by manual techniques and/or a vacuum machine.
Myofascial release
Hands-on treatment focusing on connective tissue.
